Then, you add weight training and see if you continue to lose weight. If you do, then you can modify your program to what the most important thing to you are, which might be your caloric deficit and bodyweight goals. This next section is a great place to add in additional exercises like squats, bench presses, deadlifts, heavy cleans, pull-ups, and more if desired.
